Registration Fee: The registration fee is paid when you initially enroll and will be added to your tuition on the anniversary month of your original enrollment. The fee covers administrative cost and student/athlete secondary insurance. The registration fee is currently $50.00.

Tuition: Tuition is due on the 25th of the month prior (i.e. March tuition is due on February 25th). If tuition is unpaid, a $10.00 late fee will apply on the 10th of the month.

Missed Practices: The tuition for the Boys Program is a yearly tuition that has been broken up into monthly payments for your convenience. All missed classes (except those due to injury) are not subject to being prorated. For an injury exception, a doctor’s note must be provided and proration is at the discretion of Liberty Gymnastics Academy.

Private Lessons: In order to maintain unity and understanding, all private lessons must be scheduled at the discretion of the athlete’s primary coach. Parents must include the gymnast’s primary coach in all decisions regarding extra help in training.
